Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “EULA”) are the End User License Agreement for the Spark Cards mobile application operated by Motkan LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Spark Cards, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps downloaded from the App Store: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms add Spark Cards–specific rules for Premium and content.

1. The service

Spark Cards (“the Service”) provides digital conversation card packs for entertainment. Packs and questions may change as we add or update content. Use is personal and non-commercial.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Spark Cards on devices you own or control. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer (except where the law forbids that limit), or resell our questions or packs.

3. Premium — subscriptions & purchases (App Store / Google Play)

Optional paid access (“Premium”) unlocks unlimited cards across packs. Current App Store offerings may include:

Spark Cards Premium — Monthly — auto-renewable subscription, length 1 month, price as shown in the app / App Store at purchase (for example USD $4.99/month or local equivalent).
Spark Cards Premium — Lifetime — one-time (non-subscription) purchase, price as shown in the app / App Store at purchase (for example USD $19.99 or local equivalent).

Exact prices and currency are always those displayed by Apple or Google at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

4. Auto-renewable subscription terms (required disclosures)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (or Google account) at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the renewal cost shown for that subscription.
You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase (on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or the App Store subscription management sheet).
Any unused portion of a free trial or free preview, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where the store allows that conversion.
Unused paid time is generally non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple / Google refund policy.

6. Restore purchases

Spark Cards does not create user accounts. Entitlements follow your Apple ID or Google Play account. Use Restore purchases in the app while signed into the same store account on a new device.

7. Age

Spark Cards is intended for users 17+ (or the age of digital consent in your region). Some packs discuss adult relationship themes.

8. Disclaimer

Spark Cards is not therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling. Packs such as Couple Therapy are conversation prompts only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motkan LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid).

10. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we publish revisions.
