By downloading or using Spark Cards, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Spark Cards provides digital conversation card packs for entertainment. Content may change as we add packs and questions.
Subscriptions
Some packs require an active Premium subscription (weekly or monthly). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple or Google account settings. Prices are shown in the app and charged through the store. Unused portions of a period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Spark Cards and its content for personal, non-commercial play. You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell our questions.
Age
Spark Cards is intended for users 17+ (or the age of digital consent in your region). Some packs discuss adult relationship themes. You are responsible for appropriate use.

Spark Cards is not therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling. Couple Therapy and similar packs are conversation prompts only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spark Cards and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
